Hot Chorizo Mac & Cheese ✨ Give this version a try if you’re looking to spice up your regular mac! ❤️🔥 Ingredients: -250g dry macaroni -2 tbsp olive oil -100g hot Spanish chorizo, diced -1/4 cup unsalted butter -2 tbsp flour -1 cup milk -1/2 cup heavy cream -1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika -1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper -3 cups sharp cheddar cheese, shredded -Salt & pepper, to taste Instructions: 1. Cook macaroni according to package directions. 2. In a large pot or skillet, heat olive oil over medium and add chorizo. Cook for 5 minutes or until it starts to get crispy, stirring occasionally. 3. Add butter and flour. Cook for 2 minutes, stirring frequently. 4. Add the milk, cream, smoked paprika, and cayenne to the pot. Whisk frequently until the sauce begins to thicken. 5. Remove the pot from heat and add the shredded cheese. Stir until the cheese is melted and the sauce is velvety. Season with salt and pepper to your taste. 6. Add the cooked macaroni to the sauce and stir to combine. Serve immediately and enjoy!

THANK YOU 🥹💕 Ingredients: -500g gnocchi, uncooked -2 tbsp olive oil -2 cloves garlic, minced -2 tbsp tomato paste -1 tsp red pepper flakes, plus more for serving -1/2 cup roasted red peppers, diced -1 cup heavy cream -1/2 cup parmesan cheese, grated (plus more for serving) -1 tbsp salted butter -Salt and pepper, to taste Instructions: 1. Cook gnocchi according to the directions on the package. 2. Meanwhile, heat the olive oil in a large pot or skillet on medium. Add the garlic and cook until fragrant (1-2 minutes). 3. Add the tomato paste, red pepper flakes, and roasted red peppers and sauté for another 2 minutes. 4. Add the heavy cream, parmesan cheese, and butter.
