Save this🤌🏼ICED SUGAR COOKIE overnight N’OATMEAL or N’OATS. ‼️2 recipes on one post for my friends who can’t do oats and for those that can. 🥣🎅🏻🎄ICED SUGAR COOKIE OVERNIGHT N’OATMEAL ❄️1 c milk of choice (used unsw almond) ❄️1/4 c coconut flour ❄️2 T flax, chia, or psyllium husk (1 T for husk powder) ❄️1 serving vanilla flavored protein @peachie protein ❄️1 scoop collagen (optional extra pro or use more flavored) ❄️1 T grassfed butter, melted @kerrygoldusa ❄️dash of pink salt @redmondrealsalt ❄️1/4 tsp vanilla extract or 1/4 tsp almond extract. I like to change it up and alternate. Melt butter in the mason jar for 30 second in the microwave, add milk and other ingredients. Stir well with a spoon or shake well with lid on. Store in fridge. Good for a week. *Optional icing for both I did a heaping tablespoon of vanilla @ratiofood protein yogurt. Any yogurt would work here and isn’t “needed” just a fun extra. 🍑Nourishment Breakdown PROTEIN powder FAT butter FIBER coconut flour, seeds or husk CARB/STARCH none With husk & 1 T butter 372cal/14fat/28carb/22fiber/36pro —————————————— 🥣🎅🏻🎄ICED SUGAR COOKIE OVERNIGHT OATS ❄️2/3 c milk (unsw almond, cashew, coconut) ❄️1/4 c oats, used organic old fashioned ❄️2 T flaxseeds, chia seeds, or psyllium husk (1 T husk powder) ❄️1/4 tsp each butter extract & vanilla extract (can sub for almond) ❄️1 serving vanilla protein powder ❄️1/3 c nonfat plain Greek yogurt ❄️dash pink salt Add ingredients to a jar and shake or stir well. Let sit overnight to thicken. Good in fridge for up to a week. A perfect feel good snack or dessert so you can feel great and reach your health and protein goals all while having🧣cozy hot🍫chocolate. Love to have this one as lunch dessert to add more protein to be satisfied till dinner or a cozy dinner dessert in my pjs. ❤️1 c unsw milk of choice, used almond 💚1 serving chocolate protein powder @peachie protein ❄️1-2 T cacao powder (2 if you like dark🍫) ❤️1 T gran monk fruit or sweetener of choice (optional) 💚1/4 tsp vanilla extract (optional) ❄️On a stove top heat milk and other ingredients over med heat. Whisk constantly to combine until preferred temperature is reached. Don’t allow to boil. Mine took 2-3 min. **You can also just heat the milk in the microwave for 1-2 min and pour all ingredients in a blender and blend for more froth.
