Sorry, but that really wasn’t it for me. I just can’t deal with that texture. Anything slimy instantly feels spoiled to me like it’s gone bad. It honestly reminds me of eating spit… and yeah, no thanks. @katie 2
Tomato Carpaccio @Big Papa Hannah • Large beefsteak tomatoes (thinly sliced) • Juice of ½ lemon • Zest of 1 lemon • Olive oil • Coarse sea salt • Black pepper • A big chunk of fresh ginger (grated) • Cilantro (optional – you used parsley instead) • Spring onions (thinly sliced) • Red onion (very thinly sliced or shaved) • A drizzle of honey • Sesame seeds (toasted or plain)
Smashed radish salad @korolivska1 • Radishes – 250 g • Garlic – 2 cloves • Finely chopped parsley • Peppercorns – to taste • Salt – ½ tsp • Honey – 1 tbsp • Apple cider vinegar – 1 tbsp • Vegetable oil – 2 tbsp • 20 ml water Mix everything, shake well in a jar, place in the fridge for 30 minutes – and it’s ready to serve!
I never thought I’d find something like this tasty… But I have to say, it does get pretty spicy after a while. @belbites The ingredients are: 2 red onions, parsley, dill some pepper, olive oil, lime juice, lime zest, Brie cheese, chilies.
