Happy Mother Servant Day!! 🥰 Decided to make her meatloaf with mashed potatoes and green beans. Turned out hekkin great if I say myself 😋👩🏼‍🍳 Meatloaf recipe: • 1lb ground beef (leanest amount) • 1/2 of a sweet potato • 1C oats (plain whole oats) • 2 eggs • 1/2C peas • 1 tsp minced ginger Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Peel and chop sweet potato into small pieces then boil for about 5 minutes until soft. Mix all ingredients together. Line pan with parchment paper and set meat loaf inside. Bake for about 45 minutes until internal temperature is 160 degrees. While meatloaf cools, prepare your sides. Peel and chop half a white sweet potato into small pieces and boil for about 10 minutes until easily pierced with a fork. Cut ends of green beans off and boil in water for about 5 minutes. Strain potatoes and mash until smooth. Once everything is cooled, serve to your pup. ⚠️ Some dogs may be sensitive to certain ingredients. Have them try small sample first. Be safe and if I hear sky booms near me I calling PETA so fast. 🤨 Hot Dog Recipe: • 1 egg white • 1/8 cup oat flour • Small handful ground beef (90% lean) Beat egg whites until thickened then add in flour and fold together. Shape into a rectangle and set on a baking sheet. Shape the hot dog from the ground beef and place on baking sheet as well. Bake both for 15 minutes at 350 degrees. Condiments: • 1/4 carrot • 1/4 red sweet potato • 1 beet • 2 Tbsp plain nonfat Greek yogurt Skin and chop each item into small cubes. Place each one in boiling water to soften for about 10 minutes, or until easy to pierce with a fork. Drain and once cooled, blend beets with 1 tbsp of yogurt and half of the sweet potato (this is your “ketchup”). Then blend the carrot with the rest of the sweet potato and 1 Tbsp of yogurt (this is your “mustard”). If these are too thick, you can add a little water to the blender. ⚠️ Some dogs may be sensitive to certain ingredients. Have them try small sample first. Little late to the trend but whatever 🤭 Fun fact: mother servant was in her last year of college when she kidnapped me. When I first met her and father servant, I knew they were the ones. Gave them all the kisses and knew I could train them to be the servants I needed. We’re Masters! 🥹😭🎓 Finally no more papers, studying, tests, doing mother servant’s homework.. I officially done! Mother servant and I decided to go back to skool 2 years ago cuz she hurt her shoulder at work. Currently she is an ultrasound tech and decided to pivot and get her MBA in data analytics and marketing (not even close to medicine field, I know 🙄). But along the way, mother servant found yoga, began weight training, and is taking care of her body better… which oddly enough helped her shoulder (weerd). As far as this new degree, who knows what it will bring. 😏 Opportunities are endless.
