10 years ago I auditioned for America’s Got Talent where I got the Golden Buzzer from a personal hero of mine @howiemandel. I auditioned with a joke about having my voice as the voice of your GPS. To look back and think… That joke would almost not even make sense with how much my voice has changed! You guys have given me the space and freedom to let both my speech AND my comedy evolve — and to the people who have stuck with me from the very beginning to see ALL the effort I put in on a daily basis… thank you. An argument broke out at one of my shows in the balcony. When I asked about the commotion, the lady told me the guy next to her kept shushing her. She and her friend responded by telling him where he can shove it- and then proceeded to tell me to turn the mic up so he could hear. Conflict can be very uncomfortable at shows, but when it becomes too distracting for people in the room to ignore, getting involved is sometimes the only option. I caught some strays in the crossfire here- but sometimes a silly moment can be a good reminder that everyone is just here to have a good time. #heckler #comedy #show #standup #conflict #resolution #fyp
