Homemade peanut butter, jelly sandwich 🍓🥜 growing up this was my favourite sandwich combo so I decided to level up the recipe ↓ - 1 slice of bread - 30 gram peanut butter (smooth) - 30 gram jelly (of own choice) SLICE the bread, make sure that the bread is solid enough. After that throw it in the toaster. Yes throw it in, that’s not easy I can tell, but you have to earn the sandwich tho 😂 BY TURNS out the peanut butter & jelly on the toast with the backside of your spoon, this will give you that smooth spreads. & there you go! Enjoy your lunch;)
04/10/24 Morning routine 🫧🫰🏼 7:00am 🛌 Wake up and make the bed, this gives me peace and a relax mood to start of the day. Instead of picking up your phone immediately after waking up. 7:30am ☕️ a relaxed morning means you have to start with coffee. Just watch some tv, drink your coffee and just chill a bit before showering. 8:00am 🚿🫧 To wake up even more I take a cold shower before the gym, this also gives me a giant boost. Make sure to tread your skin nice as well by making yourself a skincare routine. 8:30/8:45am 🧇 Now it is time for breakfast, I always take a high protein / carbs breakfast. Still will help me later in the gym (and those waffles are very delicious). 9:00am 🚙 I take the car to the gym, just the easiest option for me and I also recently got this new car. So another reason to drive to the gym lol 9:30am 🏋️♂️ Time for a full body workout, working out is extremely important in your morning routine. This will help you get in shape and also good for you mental health. 10:30am 🪞 End of the workout means you have to check out the pump lol, now it’s time to go home again and get some work done.
