I was talking to my friend about comparing your progress overtime so I wanted to pull up my old shin videos that I have already deleted now to compare the difference from where I was 2 years ago to now 🥺 I think the healthiest way to improve is not compare yourself to where you want to be but section out different steps and figure out what you need to do to get there. Basically figuring out which specific skills you can work on improving first instead of being overwhelmed by how great someone else is.
