Pasta Alla Vodka with Italian Sausage has been my go-to dinner recently!! Recipe below! I noticed I often feel bloated after eating this BUT @lemme’s Debloat Gummies have helped a ton! :) #LemmePartner Ingredients: -3-4 italian sausages (removed from casing) -11oz dried pasta -1.5tbsp olive oil -1/2 yellow onion finely diced -2 garlic cloves, finely chopped -1/2tsp red chili flakes -2.5tbsp tomato paste -2.5tbsp vodka -1.5 cups tomato passata (tomato puree) -1/4cup heavy cream -2tbsp mascarpone -1tbsp cold unsalted butter (cubed) -salt to taste -optional toppings: red chili flakes, pepper, parmesan, basil recipe: -saute italian sausage until fully cooked and remove from pan -add olive oil and onions, cook on low heat until softened (5-7min). Add garlic and cook until fragrant (1 min). add red chili flakes and let bloom for 1-2 min. -add tomato paste and stir to fully combine, cook until darkened in color (3-5min). Add vodka and once fully absorbed, pour in the passata. let simmer for 20 min. -start boiling water and cooking pasta according to the package (1-2 min less than recommended) -remove the vodka sauce from the heat and add heavy cream and mascarpone. stir to fully incorporate. add salt if needed -once pasta is almost done, add a ladle (about 1/3cup) pasta water to the sauce. stir. add pasta to the sauce and toss for 1-2 min to fully coat. toss in cold butter and stir until fully melted -stir in sausage and serve immediately. top with whatever your heart desires :)

Chia seed pudding time!! Recipe⬇️ *makes 4 jars -2tbsp chia seeds (per jar) -2cups milk of choice -1 1/2tbsp sweetener (honey, maple syrup, sugar) -dash of salt -cinnamon -dash of vanilla -toppings: I like to add fresh fruit in the morning !! **you can add whatever you want to them! -add chia seeds to jars, mix milk, sugar, salt, cinnamon, vanilla in a measuring cup. Taste and adjust (you may want it sweeter, I like it barely sweet!) -Add 1/2cup of milk mixture to each jar. Mix well. Put in the fridge. -After 30min-1hour mix again. Otherwise it’ll form hard clumps overnight lol -add back to the fridge and it’s good to eat whenever you want! * lasts 5 days !!
