The loaded fries from my dreams !! Recipe below :) #chosenfoodspartner @Chosen Foods Ingredients: -Sirloin steak -2-4 russets potatoes (depending on how many fries you want) -Garlic aoili: Chosen Foods avocado oil mayo, grated garlic, lemon, salt, pepper -cheese sauce: 1tbsp flour, 1tbsp butter, 1 cup milk, 1 cup shredded white cheddar, 1/3cup grated Parmesan, grated garlic, salt -side salad: mixed greens, shallots, quartered cherry tomatoes, lemon honey vinaigrette -lemon honey vinaigrette: lemon juice, Chosen Foods avocado oil, dijon mustard, honey, salt **Optional toppings: parmesan, pepper, green onions, jalapeños Recipe: -cut potatoes into even strips. Soak in ice water for at least 30 minutes. Dry completely and heat Chosen Foods avocado oil to 325F. Add fries until soften and slightly golden (5ish min), remove. Let fries fully cool. Heat oil to 375F. Add the fries back until a deep golden (5-7min), remove and top with parmesan and salt. **do this in batches! Don’t overcrowd the pot. -cook the seasoned steak to your liking :) -cheese sauce: on med heat add butter and flour. Whisk continuously until it starts to brown. Slowly add milk and continue whisking. Turn off heat and whisk in grated garlic, and the shredded cheese. taste and adjust salt, and garlic amounts -garlic aoili: measure with your heart!! Start with 1/3cup mayo, 1/2 lemon juice, and 1 garlic clove. Go from there, I believe in you! -vinaigrette: add ingredients to a jar and shake well! Toss with salad ingredients -lay out fries, top with cheese sauce, then steak and garlic aoili. I added parmesan, green onions and pepper to the top!! Put the salad on the side to be healthy…. ENJOYYY!

funky stir fry ft red glasses 🕺🏻 Ingredients: -flank steak -broccolini -red bell pepper -white onion -carrot -avocado oil -white rice -sauce: soy sauce, rice vinegar, water, honey, grated garlic cloves, grated ginger, red chili flakes, corn starch Recipe: -chop veggies to your liking :) -mix together sauce ingredients. I measured with my heart but did about equal parts soy sauce and water, 3 garlic cloves, good amount of ginger, 1-2tbsp rice vinegar, and honey to taste, dash of chili flakes, 1tbsp ish corn starch…. I believe in you !!! -add oil to a pan on med heat. Add veggies, season with salt and cook until tender and starts to get some color (5ish min). Remove from pan -add steak and cook for 1-2min each side add veggies back and cover with toss. Toss until everything is fully coated and sauce is shiny *fish eye clips filmed on my @gopro hero 13 using max lens!

I absolutely love the different combos I can do with the new Hot Cakes collection :) Available now nationwide at @Ulta Beauty! #snifhotcakes #snifpartner Ingredients: -2 cups flour -2.5tbsp sugar -1.5tsp baking powder -1.5tsp baking soda -1tsp salt -dash of cinnamon -2 cups buttermilk -2 eggs -3tbsp melted unsalted butter (plus more for cooking) -1 cup blueberries -whipped cream: heavy whipping cream, powdered sugar, or vanilla extract, salt -berry compote: 1 1/2 cups blueberries, 1/2 cup raspberries, 1/4 cup maple syrup, 2 tbsp water, 1tbsp lime juice, 1/2tsp vanilla, salt Recipe: -in a large bowl whisk together flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon, and salt. To the middle add melted butter, buttermilk and eggs. Whisk to combine (dont over mix). Fold in 1/2cup-1cup bluebrries. Set aside for 30 min -heat a pot on med heat. add 1cup blueberries, maple syrup, water, lime juice, vanilla, and salt. simmer and stir occasionally for 10 min. Add remaining blueberries and raspberries and cook for another 8-10 min. Remove from heat -heat a pan on med-low. Add butter and 1/3c of pancake batter. Once bubbles form on the top, flip. Cook each side until golden brown -whisk together 1-2cups heavy whipping cream, 1-2tsp vanilla extract, pinch of salt and 1-2tbsp powdered sugar. Whisk until firm peaks form. Taste and adjust to your liking! Tip: make sure heavy whipping cream is COLD (you can also add to the freezer) -top pancakes with berry compote, maple syrup and whipped cream!! Enjoy!

it’s egg salad sandwich season !!! ✨🕺🏻🪩 Ingredients: -4-6 eggs -your favorite bread (I recommend getting a soft white bread) -2-3tbsp mayo -dijon mustard -DILL pickles or DILL relish (I hate sweet pickles can you tell? Lmao) -fresh dill -1 small shallot -salt/pepper Recipe: -in a medium sized pot bring water to a boil (med-high heat). Add eggs, let the water continue to boil/simmer and cook them for 9 minutes. Remove and add to an ice bath. I did one egg for 6 minutes so it’ll be extra runny! -mince the shallot and pickles. Chop up the dill -once the eggs are fully cooled, start peeling them. I tap the top and bottom and gently roll on the counter. The shell should easily come off! -add eggs to a bowl and mash with a fork. Fold in 2-3tbsp of Mayo, 1tsp Dijon mustard, 1/2tsp fresh dill, 1tsp pickle juice, shallots, pickles, salt and pepper. Taste and adjust to your liking!! I just eyeball this part so that’s rough estimates -turn it into a sandwich and enjoy!! I cut the 6min egg in half, placed it face down on the bread and covered it with the egg salad. :)

I’m always in the mood for some tacos !! Recipe below :) @Chosen Foods #ChosenPartner Ingredients: -4-5 chicken thighs -chicken marinade: 1/4cup Chosen Foods classic mayo, 1 chipotle in adobo (minced) and 2tsp of its sauce, 1tsp salt, 1/4tsp paprika, 1/4tsp cumin, 3 grated garlic cloves, 1 lime juiced -flour or corn tortillas -verde salsa: 6-7 tomatillos, 1/2 white onion, 3 garlic cloves, 1 jalapeño, 1 serrano pepper, 1/2 cup cilantro, 1 lime juiced, 1tbsp chosen foods avocado oil, salt -toppings: diced onions, sliced radish, and cilantro Recipe: -mix together marinade ingredients and add to chicken. Massage and let rest for 30 minutes-4hours -preheat oven to 450F -remove tomatillo husks, wash well, and dry. Add to a parchment lined sheet pan with 1/4 white onion, 3 garlic cloves (you can leave the skin on), and peppers. spray with Chosen Foods avocado oil spray and sprinkle with salt. -bake for 15 min until blistered and brown -add tomatillos, onion, peppers (optional: remove seeds to make it less spicy), garlic (remove skins), cilantro, lime, 1/4 raw white onion, and salt to a food processor. Pulse and taste, adjust to your liking. Put in the fridge -heat a large cast iron on medium-high heat. Cook chicken 5-8 min each side until internal temp is 165F, let rest. chop into bite sized -heat tortillas, add cubed chicken, diced onion, verde salsa, radish slices, and cilantro. ENJOY :)
