I’ve been working with Rachel for 3 months 📝 Throughout the 3 months we have grown a great friendship alongside the glute GAINZZZ🫶 Over the last few months Rachel has been sticking to her healthy & balanced meal plan ; really focusing on her protein intake . Rachel’s goal was to grow her glutes & to loose some body fat! Fast forward to now! She has lost body fat whilst gaining muscle not only in her glutes but full body🤝🍑 Not only has Rachel built her glutes ; Her fitness levels & Confidence have also improved 👌 ; - hit a new Hipthrust PB last week - Hits the gym almost every day!
