Garlic Butter Steak Bites 🥩🧄🧈 This recipe is quick, easy to make, uses simple ingredients and most importantly packed with flavor making it perfect for a weeknight dinner! FULL RECIPE ⬇️ INGREDIENTS (2 servings) - 1 lb of steak cut into bite size cubes (I used NY Strip) - Extra virgin olive oil - 4 tbsp butter - 2-3 tbsp fresh minced garlic - Seasonings: Salt, pepper and garlic powder Palmini Mash - 1 package of @PalminiOfficial Mashed Palmini - 1/3 cup light sour cream - 2 tbsp butter - 1/3 cup grated parm - 3 tbsp fresh chives - Salt, pepper & garlic powder to taste - Splash of milk to thin it out a bit (optional) Toppings: - Chopped parsley Note(s): Measurements are estimated, adjust ingredients to your liking. DIRECTIONS 1. Add the mashed palmini to a small pot over low heat. Add in the sour cream, butter and seasonings. Give it mix till well incorporated then add in the parmesan and chives. Let continue cooking over low heat till ready to serve. 2. Cut the steak into bite size cubes then add them to a large bowl. Drizzle in some olive oil and season generously with salt, pepper and garlic powder. Mix till well combined. 3. Next sear the steak in a greased skillet over medium-high heat for 2-3 minutes per side then remove from the pan. 4. Lower the heat and add the minced garlic and butter. Let sauté for a few minutes then add the steak back in. Mix and let the steak finish cooking to your desired internal temp. 5. Head over to the link in my bio to get your FlexFlame today! 🔗 FULL RECIPE ⬇️ INGREDIENTS Steaks: - 3 ~16 oz NY strip steaks - Extra virgin olive oil - Seasonings: salt, pepper & garlic powder Potato Wedges: - ~1.5 lb yukon gold potatoes - Extra virgin olive oil - Seasonings: salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika and thyme. Asparagus: - 1 bunch of asparagus - Extra virgin olive oil - Seasonings: salt, pepper & garlic powder. Cowboy Compound Butter: - 8 tbsp soften temp butter - 2 tbsp Cowboy butter seasoning blend DIRECTIONS 1. For the steaks, coat in olive oil and season generously on all sides. Place on the FlexFlame at 250° until they reach ~120° internal. Take them off and crank it up to 600° then sear them for 1.5-2 min per side. 2. For the potatoes, cut into wedges then add them to a bowl along with some olive oil and the seasonings. Mix till well combined then place them on the top rack. Let cook while the steak is smoking and leave them on to roast while searing the steaks and grilling the asparagus. Once they're crispy on the outside and soft on the inside, take them off. 3. For the asparagus, coat in olive oil and season them up. Grill until they're charred and tender. 4. Healthier General Tso's Chicken 🐓🔥 Here we have Part 2 of my "Healthier Take Out Series". Nothing breaded & deep fried, made with cleaner ingredients and far less calories! This recipe is easy, quick, delicious and great for a weeknight dinner or meal prep! 💪🏻 FULL RECIPE ⬇️ INGREDIENTS (~4 servings) - ~2 lbs boneless skinless chicken thighs - Avocado oil - Seasonings: Salt, pepper, garlic powder & onion powder - Avocado oil cooking spray - Sesame seeds (garnish) - Sliced green onions (garnish) - Jasmine rice cooked in chicken bone broth. - ~3 cups steamed broccoli (I used frozen) General Tso's Sauce: - 1 cup chicken bone broth - 1/4 cup low sodium soy sauce - 1/4 cup seasoned rice vinegar - ~1 tbsp ginger paste - ~1.5 tbsp minced garlic - ~3 tbsp hoisin sauce - ~1 tbsp red pepper flakes - Salt, pepper & onion powder to taste - 1/4 cup light brown sugar, tightly packed - ~2 tbsp raw cane sugar - ~2 tbsp cornstarch Note(s): Some measurements are estimated, adjust ingredients to your liking. Could also sub for chicken breasts if you prefer. DIRECTIONS 1. Add all pf the general tso’s sauce ingredients to a small pot and mix. Bring it to a low boil and continue mixing until the sauce thickens. Should take 3-5 minutes. Once done, set aside. 2. Trim the chicken thighs to your liking then cut them into bite sized cubes. 3. Place the chicken into a large bowl. Drizzle in some avocado oil and season generously with salt, pepper, onion powder & garlic powder. Mix till well combined. 4. Get a large skillet going over medium-high heat and spray with cooking oil. Add in the chicken and let cook for 10-15 minutes mixing every few minutes until the chicken is crispy and cooked all the way through (largest piece should reach ~175 degrees internal) 5. Once the chicken is about done, lower the heat and add in the steamed broccoli along with ~3/4 of the general tso’s sauce. Let cook and continue mixing until the sauce thickens. 6. Shredded Beef Loaded Potatoes 🥔🥩🔥 Not much to say other than this was absolutely insanely delicious... packed to the gills with flavor! A bit higher on the calorie side, but absolutely worth it! FULL RECIPE ⬇️ INGREDIENTS - 2 ~2.5-3 lb chuck roasts - Hot sauce of choice - Rub of choice (I used @Meat Church Holy Cow) - 8 tbsp of butter - Honey - 2 cups beef broth Roasted Potatoes: (Bake at 425° ~30-35 min) - ~3 lb yukon golden potatoes diced - Extra virgin olive oil - Seasonings: Salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder & smoked paprika. Peppers & Onions: (Sauté over med-high heat for ~10-15 min) - 1 diced yellow onion - 1 diced orange bell pepper - 1 diced red bell pepper - 1 diced yellow bell pepper - Avocado oil - Seasonings: Salt, pepper & garlic powder Guacamole: (combine all ingredients) - 2 large avocados (mashed) - ~1/3 cup diced tomatoes - ~1/3 cup diced red onion - ~1/4 fresh chopped cilantro - Juice of 1/2 a lime - Salt & garlic pepper to taste Creamy Garlic Sauce: (blend all ingredients) - ~1/4 avocado mayo - ~1/4 light sour cream - ~1 tbsp dijon mustard - ~1 tsp worcestershire sauce - 3 cloves of garlic - ~1 tsp apple cider vinegar - Salt, pepper & onion powder to taste - ~1-2 tbsp water Additional Toppings: - Shredded colby jack cheese - Fresh chopped cilantro Note(s): Some measurements are estimated, adjust ingredients to your liking. DIRECTIONS 1. Pat the chuck roasts dry, coat in hot sauce and season heavy on all sides. Smoke at 250° until they reach ~165° internal. Add to a pan, top with knobs of butter, drizzle of honey and pour in the beef broth. Cover tightly with foil and place back on the smoker at 275° until they reach ~203° and are probe tender. Let rest for ~30-45 min before shredding. 2. While the mest is resting, prepare all of the other components. 3.
