Drizzle with olive oil and mix to get everything coated. Then fry 400 degrees for 20 minutes. Optional: after cutting, boil the potatoes for 5 minutes in salted water. Let cool completely before adding seasonings and olive oil. This helps add a crunch! Ground beef: Sautéed ground beef with 2 cloves garlic, 2 tsp Worcestershire, 1/4 tsp each salt, pepper, onion powder.
