Easy dinner recipe: • Schneiders Bacon • thinly sliced potatoes • cheese of your choice (white or orange cheddar is best!) • salt & pepper • rosemary sprig - chopped • top with mustard greens Make it extra Canadian by finishing with maple syrup! Line a cast iron pan with bacon and layer potatoes & remainder of ingredients. Cover with tinfoil and cook at 350 for 120 mins. Check with a fork to ensure potatoes are soft. Din Tai Fung is open in Canada! The restaurant famous for their Xiao Long Baos has landed in Vancouver! They’re soft opened so some menu options are not available, they were also out of the Chicken XLB. We enjoyed the Pork option instead, these are pockets of happiness! 🙌 I LOVED the Sticky Rice Shao Mai and of course the chocolate filled Mochi XLB.
