Summer Rolls + Creamy Miso Tahini Sauce 🥢 Ingredients 4 rice papers
1 block tofu (sliced, pan-fried in avo oil)
2 cups shredded red cabbage
1 cup carrots (thinly sliced)
1 cup cucumber (matchsticks)
1 avocado (sliced)
1 cup thin rice noodles (cooked + cooled) Dipping Sauce:
1 tbsp miso paste
1/4 cup tahini
2 tbsp coconut aminos
Juice of 1/2 lemon
3 ice cubes
