This megaformer studio class was harddd!!! You can see my body shaking the whole time, and this was sped up a little cuz all the movements are sloooowwww. It's important to ask for modifications too!! Pilates is sooo hard but it's a great low impact workout that has left me sore for days!!! Thanks @Jessica Hirsch for the invite!! Was a lot of fun even though I was struggling! As a plus size influencer l'm often the biggest person in the room and I like going to these classes and proving to myself (and others) that I can do it! First time at Adam and Joe’s!!! It’s not often a trendy place lives up to the hype but this was by far the best lunch I’ve had in a long time!! I never need convincing to get a tuna sandwich and this one was amazing!! Seriously highly recommend!
