Bills for the month of April 🫶 Why 30k rent? — I’m currently renting a 3-bedroom condo, and the rate is 30,000 pesos per month. It’s a good deal for the size and location, plus it’s pet-friendly which is really important to me because of my dogs. Do you live alone? — Yes, I live alone, but I share the space with my two Pomeranian dogs. They keep me company and definitely make the condo feel like home. What’s your work? — I’m a full-time content creator and have been doing this for 5 years now. I started on YouTube and over time, I expanded to Instagram and TikTok. I create lifestyle, home, fashion and makeover content, and it’s been my main source of income and passion. Why rent instead of rent-to-own in Manila? — I chose to rent instead of going for a rent-to-own because right now, flexibility is important for me. As a content creator, I sometimes need to move or change spaces depending on my projects. Renting also allows me to live in a nice area without the long-term financial commitment of buying property just yet.
