Gray colored marbles like this one often clean up very well right away. After four years, this one might need to be cleaned again. #onthisday #gravestonecleaning #ladytaphos
I was the lowest of the low that day. I was on autopilot and barely functioning. I truly believe the universe sent this lovely man to me when I needed him the most, and I will NEVER forget this moment. I am so grateful to have experienced it. It's a wonderful reminder for us to generously share love and kindness because you never know the difference it could make in someone's life. That day was my oldest's 18th birthday, and the very next day I would be in family court fighting over my kids again. It was the beginning of the final round, and it would continue for more than two years, worse than it had ever been before. That is why I started to hide away, but I'm not hiding anymore. #onthisday #gravestonecleaning #HealingJourney #meantobe #ladytaphos
George passed in St. Louis from Bright's disease. He was married, but it doesn't appear that he and his wife had any children. #gravestonecleaning #beforeandafter #transformation #cemeterypreservation #ladytaphos
I cannot believe how different this one looks now! Viola and Victor were twins who passed away from cholera infantum. #gravestonecleaning #beforeandafter
Soapstone markers are not common, and they are incredibly difficult to read even when they're clean. There were tons of them here though. I really hope to visit this site again someday. #gravestonecleaning #newhampshire #onthisday #ladytaphos
That rinse! This clean scratches my brain in every way possible. I think Bowyer and Anna were married and Harry was their son, but I'm not sure if James was Bowyer's father or some other relation. Maybe someone else would like to sort this one out for me? 😊 #gravestonecleaning #cemeterytok #transformation #beforeandafter
Mary Elizabeth Agee is a great great grandmother to my high school geometry teacher and cheer coach. It was such a fun discovery to share with her! #gravestonecleaning #beforeandafter #ladytaphos
Nothing else happens before that final shot other than time passing. I waited 9 months for this one. Frances Horsley Brown was a daughter to Edmund and Lucy Gwatkin Horsley. She married John Calloway Brown in December 1883. Sadly, he passed away of typhoid fever in 1903 only two days after being elected to the Virginia senate. Two sons were born to the couple: Granville passed away as an infant in July 1891, and John became a lawyer and a justice of the court in Bedford, Virginia. Fannie resided with her widowed sister Edmonia for the last 20 years of her life until she passed away from stroke complications. #gravestonecleaning #beforeandafter
