Finally made Dubai chocolate strawberries. 🍓🍫These were way better than the chocolate bars. Makes about 6 depending on your cup size! 3/4 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips ½ cup dark chocolate chips 1.5 tablespoon butter (for toasting kataifi) 1 small jar of pistachio cream 1 carton of fresh strawberries (cut into bite sized pieces) 3 cups kataifi Melt the chocolate chips with the butter in a heatproof bowl over simmering water until smooth. Toast the kataifi in a skillet with the melted butter until golden brown. Let cool slightly, then mix with pistachio cream. In serving cups, layer strawberries, then the pistachio cream-kataifi mixture, and drizzle with melted chocolate. Repeat the layers until the cups are filled. Dubai Chocolate-Covered Strawberries Fresh strawberries Semi-sweet + dark chocolate (melted) Kataifi pastry (shredded phyllo) Pistachio cream Toast kataifi in butter until golden, then cool. Mix kataifi with pistachio cream until it forms a sticky, textured mixture. Melt chocolate and dip strawberries. Press the pistachio-kataifi mix onto the dipped chocolate. Chill to set.
