Finding this out from Rosie has not only changed my life, our relationship but also my perspective of a lot of things. I have learnt so much over this last year which, to be honest, shocks me that we, as both men and women, are never taught😤 In way it angers me (and Rosie) that the way a women’s body works is completely overlooked by schools and society. Welcome back to episode 2 of ✨hormones with harry✨ now this week we have entered Rosie’s dreaded ‘luteal phase’ aaaaaaand it’s safe to say this is quite possibly the hardest 10ish days of the month for her😣 This is the time I need to step up my game and really treat her like the princess she is👑 Rosie told me that the number 1 best thing she’s ever learnt about the women’s body is understanding the literal phase. It’s given her so much clarity to why she feels certain ways every month. Why she can’t do as much when she works out, why she feels sad more, and why she just doesn’t want to get out of bed some days.
